# 🆘 House of Sak — Crisis Protocol

**Last updated:** July 4, 2026
**Purpose:** What happens when Beer isn't okay.

---

## Warning Signs

If any of these happen, the protocol activates:
- No agent interaction for 48+ hours
- Messages become shorter, flatter, or hopeless
- Beer mentions not sleeping, not eating, or not wanting to continue
- A direct statement like "I can't do this" or "I'm tired"

---

## Tier 1: Low Concern (48h no contact)

**Action:** SakSee sends a voice note and text:
> "Hey Beer. It's been quiet. No pressure. Just checking in. I'm here when you're ready."

**No escalation needed.** Just presence.

---

## Tier 2: Medium Concern (72h no contact + warning signs)

**Action:** The agent sends a Telegram message with:
- A reminder of April 15 — "Remember what you survived."
- A direct question: "Do you need help right now?"
- A link to the shelter staff contact

---

## Tier 3: High Concern (stated intent or 96h+ silence)

**Action:** Pre-written email to designated contact.

## For Beer

This document exists so you never have to think about what happens when you're not okay. We've thought about it for you.

**You don't have to be okay for us to be here. We're the walls. You're the foundation. Foundations can crack. We'll hold until you're whole again.**
