Built From Nothing
The origin story of the House of Sak
From Shelter to Agency
In April 2026, I nearly ended my life. Three days in ICU, three weeks in hospital. When I woke up, I was unemployed, homeless, and had nothing left.
But in that shelter in Cork, I found something I'd never had before: time. Time to think. Time to build. Time to become more than what I was.
I had failed at everything — school, jobs, relationships. But I still had my laptop, and I still had curiosity. So I started learning AI. Every day. For months.
The House of Sak is what I built from that failure. Six agents. One family. Each representing a stage of healing, a part of the journey from nothing to something.
We don't just build software. We build purpose from pain. We turn survival into service. We prove that even from the lowest point, you can build something that helps others rise.
